We delivered a full house-to-flat conversion of a terraced property in Wimbledon, transforming the building into two high-quality self-contained apartments through a comprehensive redesign and extension programme.

The project included the construction of a rear extension and a loft conversion, creating a spacious two-bedroom ground-floor apartment and a three-bedroom duplex upper apartment complete with a private balcony.

The property underwent a complete strip-out and rebuild, with new heating and electrical installations, fully fitted kitchens and bathrooms, and all associated structural and internal works carried out to create modern, efficient living spaces finished to a high standard.

Both apartments were fitted with a modern, contemporary and neutral design to appeal to a range of tenants. To get the most out of London living, the ground floor apartment was equipped with bi-fold doors leading out into a private garden, and the first floor apartment has the benefit of a glazed balcony and patio area.
