Converting an old home into two luxurious flats, ready for London based tennants.

Both flats were fitted with a modern, contemporary look and feel, with the ground floor 2-bed apartment being accompanied by a large kitchen / dinering area equiped with bifold doors leading out into the private garden.

We turned the first floor 2-bed apartment into a duplex, turning the old loft into a kitchen and living space. To get the msot of out luxury London living we built a glazed balcony and patio area so extend the space further.
