Basement, Extension & Refurbishment

We completed a basement and ground floor extension and complete home refurbishment at a property in Norwood through a carefully managed excavation and structural works programme.

 

The new basement was designed to deliver a comfortable, high-specification environment, with full underfloor heating throughout and a viewing window tointroduce natural light and enhance the sense of space. The project included all associated structural, waterproofing, mechanical and electrical installations, along with full internal finishes, resulting in a high-quality, fully integrated extension that seamlessly connects with the existing home. We also carried out a ground floor extension above the basement, giving the family a beautiful new open living space.

Other internal refurbishment works included plastering, new windows and doors, decoration, new flooring and new bathroom suite. We also completed external landscaping works, including new garden after the basement works, new patio and sandstone external staircase.
