Hospitality Fit-Out

We delivered a full commercial fit-out of Varley's coffee shop premises in Upminster, transforming the space from a run-down salon into a fully operational, customer-ready delicatessen.

 

The project included comprehensive internal alterations with new partition walls and suspended ceilings, full mechanical and electrical installations, air-conditioning, plumbing, and above-ground drainage. We also installed a fit for purpose kitchen and staff breakout area.

 

A standout feature of the scheme was the installation of fully bespoke, hand-built joinery units, crafted to create a distinctive servery and customer-facing environment tailored to the brand.

 

Specialist Herringbone LVT flooring was installed throughout, alongside complete decoration and final fit-out works. The result was a high-quality, fully compliant hospitality space delivered ready for opening
