Office Refurbishment

As their current building maintenance support we were delighted when they chose Buckland Building to carry out a 2-storey office block refurbishment.
This refurbishment entailed 10 new toilet cubicles on the ground floor extending into the existing kitchen/break-out space. This included taking down an existing 6-inch concrete wall that divided the spaces.
A new kitchen and break out area, with glazed aluminium partitions between office spaces for privacy. New flooring throughout, internal panelling and marketing signage.
On the first floor we refurbished the mens and women’s toilets, replacement of worktops and tile splash backs in the kitchen area and glazed screens to replace cupboards in the rear office.
Renewal of electrics and new data services throughout, ensuring everything is fully occupied by one entity, making it easier for the organisation to manage. Formerly, it was previously let by 3 different companies.
After working with this client on a previous fit-out on another building, we have built a great relationship and continue to work together. The entire project took 3 months from start to finish and kept within the customer specified window, even with additional scope added as the project progressed.
