New kitchen extension in Crystal Palace. Alongside a new bathroom and loft conversion.
Whilst converting the loft it was more sustainable and would support the customer better long-term to emove the entire roof and install new front rafters as well as the flat roof throughout.
This house had a full electrical re-wire throughout with new consumer unit and an entire new central heating hot/cold system, boiler and Megaflo.
From design, through to planning and construction we worked closely with the customer to ensure all work was to the agreed specifications, and the architectural engineer to guide the customer from the beginning, working to balance what they wanted, and what was feasible.
An installation of an air conditioning unit into the loft space helped keep the home cool through summer heatwaves.
The entire house got taken back to brick as all of the existing walls were lime plaster and mostly blown. Herringbone oak engineered floor runs through the ground floor giving an expensive feel and traditional style to the property.
