This full flat refurbishment in Cobham was an end of tenancy project, including a new kitchen, new bathroom, flooring throughout and redecoration to re-let the property.

 

This project had a tight timescale to avoid losing out on rental income, but we managed to complete the project in 3 weeks - a week sooner than we had originally programmed.

 

With this being a rental property, we helped to advise and kept costs down by electing a more price conscious kitchen range without compromising on the aesthetic.
